Shipping and Returns
All orders will be processed the same day. Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays.
If you have not received your package within 14 business days of placing the order, email email@example.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll investigate the matter immediately. Leilani Boutique uses a drop-shipping fulfillment method with US-based vendors. Turn-around is generally within 7 business days, however, times may vary. If your shipment date is predicted later than 7 business days, we will contact you directly with updated delivery timing.
Leilani Boutique is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
Leilani Boutique is here for you. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags.
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products.
- Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
